The investment of the Beneficial Owners in Ares Life Sciences L.P. is held through Omega Funds IV Limited, a company whose registered office is at 13 Broad Street, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands. The Beneficial Owners hold the shares of Omega Funds IV Limited through the Landmark Limited Partnership, a limited partnership whose principal place of business is at 13 Broad Street, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands, on the one hand, and Bertarelli SCA, a partnership limited by shares whose registered office is at 412, Route d'Esch, 1030 Luxembourg, on the other hand.
