Valeria Gavazzi

The composition of, and the type of agreement between, the group consisting of Adelaide Gavazzi, Elisabetta Gavazzi, Riccardo Gavazzi, Uberta Gavazzi und Valeria Gavazzi, which was disclosed on 11 June 2002 for the last time, has been changed by: (i) the death of Riccardo Gavazzi and the legal succession in his property by his heirs Uberta Gavazzi, Valeria Gavazzi, Adelaide Gavazzi and Elisabetta Gavazzi (collectively the "Legal Successors of Riccardo Gavazzi"); (ii) the acquisition of joint ownership by the Legal Successors of Riccardo Gavazzi in Riccardo Gavazzi's estate (including all shares of BCNV, which indirectly owns and controls 1'440'000 registered shares and 834 bearer shares of the Company) by way of legal succession; (iii) the establishment of an usufruct mortis causa relating to Riccardo Gavazzi's estate by Riccardo Gavazzi for the sole benefit of Valeria Gavazzi, as a result of which Valeria Gavazzi controls BCNV (which indirectly owns and controls 1'440'000 registered shares and 834 bearer shares of the Company); and (iv) the termination of the group consisting of the Legal Successors of Riccardo Gavazzi as a result of the establishment of the usufruct mortis causa. The shares of the Company are held directly by: Valeria Gavazzi, Zug; Barguzin Holdings C.I. Limited, 1st & 2nd Floors, Elizabeth House, Les Ruettes Brayes, St Peter Port, Guernsey ("BHCI"), which is directly owned by Barguzin Corporation N.V., Pietermaai 123, Curaçao, Netherlands Antilles ("BCNV"), which is controlled by Valeria Gavazzi by way of an usufruct mortis causa; and Barguzin Participation S.A., 19-21 Bd. du Prince Henri, L-1724 Luxembourg ("BPSA"), which is directly owned by (i) BHCI, which is directly owned by BCNV, and (ii) BCNV, which is controlled by Valeria Gavazzi by way of an usufruct mortis causa.
