As a result 120'000'000 conversion rights were terminated. National Indemnity Company is a direct wholly owned company of OBH LLC, 3555 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68131, USA, which in turn is a direct wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc.("Berkshire"). Warren E. Buffett is an individual who may be deemed to control Berkshire for U.S. securities ownership purposes, and, accordingly, Mr Buffett may be deemed to control Berkshire for Swiss securities ownership reporting purposes.
