Michel Reybier holds indirectly GSMN shares through EMER Holding SA, c/o Maragest SA, Cours de Rive 6, 1204 Genève, Suisse. Michel Reybier holds 100% of the share capital and voting rights of EMER Holding SA. On January 20, 2011, M.R.S.I. Medical Research, Services & Investments S.A., c/o Cogis Société Fiduciaire SA, Rue Arthur Parchet 1, 1896 Vouvry, Suisse, has announced its intention to make a public offer for the outstanding shares of GSMN. Each of Antoine Hubert and Michel Reybier holds 50% of the share capital and voting rights of M.R.S.I. Medical Research, Services & Investments S.A. via respectively HR Finance & Participations SA and EMER Holding SA.
