Antoine Hubert and Geraldine Hubert-Reynard hold indirectly Genolier Swiss Medical Network SA (GSMN) shares through MRSI and HR Finance & Participations SA, rue Arthur Parchet 1, 1896, Vouvry, Suisse (HRFP). Antoine Hubert and Geraldine Hubert-Reynard hold 100% of the share capital and voting rights of HRFP. HRFP holds 50% of the share capital and voting rights of MRSI. Michel Reybier holds indirectly GSMN shares through MRSI and EMER Holding SA, c/o Maragest SA, Cours de Rive 6, 1204 Genève, Suisse (EMER). Michel Reybier holds 100% of the share capital and voting rights of EMER. EMER holds 50% of the share capital and voting rights of MRSI. GSMN holds 80'763 treasury shares.
