On 22 July 2011 the new share capital of GAM Holding AG of CHF 9,815,000.00 (previously; CHF 10,331,537.80) divided into 196,300,00 registered shares (previously 206,630,756) has been registered with the commercial register. whereby Farallon Capital Management, L.L.C. is acting as investment advisor to the limited partnerships and directly manages the accounts on behalf of the limited partnerships listed above; whereby Farallon Capital Management, L.L.C. is authorized signatory to Noonday Offshore, Inc. as agent and attorney-in-fact; whereby Farallon Partners, L.L.C. is acting as general partner and having authorized signatory to each of the limited partnerships listed above, other than Noonday Offshore, Inc.
