Aravis Venture I LP

On 1 September 2011 the Lockup arrangement on Evolva shares ended. This arrangement has been in place since Evolva's listing in December 2009. Since 1 September 2011, most of the lockup participants have received their Evolva shares from the blocked depot. Any remaining shares have been de-blocked, leading to the termination of the lockup group and triggering the present disclosure.
