Benefical owners of the shares are the clients of Aberdeen

Inspecie transfer into an Aberdeen Asset Management account by a direct investor. Transferring an asset "inspecie" means to transfer the ownership of that asset from one person/company/entity to another person/company/entity in its current form i.e. without the need to convert to cash. The beneficial owners of shares are the clients of Aberdeen who have contracted Aberdeen's fund management operating subsidaires. Aberdeen's fund management operating subsidiaries are exercising the voting rights. *Aberdeen Asset Management PLC has 3 main fund management entities namely: Aberdeen Asset Management Investment Services Limited, Aberdeen Fund Management Limited, Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited.
