Antoine Hubert and Géraldine Hubert-Reynard hold 100% of the share capital and voting rights of HRFP. HRFP holds 50% of the share capital and voting rights of MRSI. Michel Reybier holds AEVIS shares directly and indirectly through MRSI and EMER Holding SA, c/o Cogis Société Fiduciaire SA, Rue Arthur Parchet 1, 1896 Vouvry, Suisse (EMER).
