On 1 September 2011 the Lockup arrangement on Evolva shares ended. This arrangement has been in place since Evolva's listing in December 2009. Since 1 September 2011, most of the lockup participants have received their Evolva shares from the blocked depot. Any remaining shares and purchase positions have been unblocked, leading to the termination of the lockup group and triggering the present disclosure.
