MM Asset Management Holding LLC is a holding company for certain MassMutual subsidiaries, including Oppenheimer Acquisition Corp and MassMutual Baring Holding LLC. Oppenheimer Acquisition Corp is the holding company for certain MassMutual subsidiaries, including OppenheimerFunds, Inc. OppenheimerFunds, Inc. is the direct parent company of OFI Global Institutional, Inc. OFI Global Institutional, Inc.is the direct parent company of OFI Global Trust Company.
