Decrease of purchase position due to capital increase (see also notification published on 6 November 2013). Mr. Mangion and Mr. Wilkinson are business partners and joint directors and shareholders of Talisman Infrastructure International Ltd., which is governed by Memorandum and Articles of Association. There is no separate Shareholders Agreement. The shares in Talisman Infrastructure International Ltd. are held by J. Mangion (50%) and E. Wilkinson (50%)
