EPIG's clientsare Cymbria Corporation ("Cymbria"), a closed end non-redeemable investment fund traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange, St. James Place Global Equity Unit Trust ("Unit Trust") and the mutual funds that are offered to the public in Canada , four of the latter being: - EdgePoint Global Portfolio - EdgePoint Canadian Portfolio - EdgePoint Global Growth and Income Portfolio - EdgePoint Canadian Growth and Income Portfolio (together, the "Mutual Funds") EPIG is licensed to manage securities in investment portfolios at its full discretion. EPIG acts as portolio manager for Cymbria, the Unit Trust and the Mutual Funds.EPIG exercises the voting rights with respect to the shares with full discretion. EPIG holds 100% of common shares in Cymbria. The Unbit Trust is registered in the United Kingdom and is managed by EPIG. The Unit Trust has neither investment authority nor rights regarding voting rights for Clariant AG shares.
