Listing of the shares of Molecular Partners Ltd.; creation of a lock-up group pursuant to the underwriting agreement dated October 7, 2014, between Molecular Partners Ltd., J.P. Morgan Securities plc (as global coordinator), UBS AG (as joint lead manager and together with J.P. Morgan Securities, the "Joint Bookrunners"), Cowen and Company, LLC (as co-manager) and Bank am Bellevue AG (as co-manager). These banks are the counterparty to the lock-up undertaking of the group members. The duration of the lock-up is until August 4, 2015.
