Cevian Capital II Master Fund LP and Cevian Capital II Co-Investment Fund LP are managed by their general partner Cevian Capital II GP Limited (the "General Partner"). The General Partner exclusively manages the partnership, makes investment decisions and exercises all rights, powers, privileges and other incidents of ownership in the investments.
