Box SP-64284, Nassau, Bahamas which in turn is wholly owned by group member 6. Mihale Ltd., Deltec House, Lyford Cay, P.O. Box SP-64284, Nassau, Bahamas, is the general partner of group member 5. Group member 4 wholly owns Mihale Ltd. and is appointed as a director of Mihale Ltd. Group member 6 acts as trustee of a trust which holds through group member 5 shares in Leonteq AG. The trust was settled by group member 4.
