On August 24, 2015, Barguzin Participation S.A., 2-8, Avenue Charles de Gaulle, 1653 Luxembourg ("BPSA") relocated from Luxembourg to Zug, Switzerland, becoming a Swiss corporation limited by shares (Aktiengesellschaft), with registered office in 6300 Zug, c/o LacMont AG, Hofstrasse 1A. On August 25, 2015, Barguzin Holdings C.I. Limited, 1st & 2nd Floors, Elizabeth House, Les Ruettes Brayes, St Peter Port, Guernsey ("BHCI"), sold (i) its participation in the Company to BPSA and (ii) its participation in BPSA to BCNV. As a consequence, BHCI is no longer part of the group. The shares of the Company are held directly by: Valeria Gavazzi, Zug; and Barguzin Participation S.A., c/o LacMont AG, Hofstrasse 1A, 6300 Zug, which is controlled by Barguzin Corporation N.V., Pietermaai 15, Curaçao ("BCNV"), which is controlled by Valeria Gavazzi by way of an usufruct mortis causa.
