Envisaged transfer of shares: November 23, 2015 Execution of purchase and subscription agreements with lock-up undertaking: The purchase and subscription agreement with each qualified investor or party acting on behalf of one or more qualified investors provides for a lock-up undertaking of such investor or investors vis-à-vis Credit Suisse Group AG and Credit Suisse AG, starting on the date of such agreement. If the rights offering that was also announced on October 21, 2015 (for details see media release of October 21, 2015) is not terminated earlier, the lock-up undertaking of each investor ends on the settlement date of the rights offering, which is currently scheduled for December 4, 2015.
