For clarification,Investor remains the beneficial owner. As of the date of this notice, the Newron shares are held dIrectly by Zambon and Duba Zambon Company S.p.A. Via Lillo del Duca n. 10,20091 - Bresso (Milan), Italy, Registry of Companies of Milan n. 01690280159 ("Zambon") is an entily controlled at 85.92% by GEFIM. Duba AB, Arsenalsgatan No. 8 C, 103 32, Stockholm, Sweden, registered number 556593-5508 ( Duba ) is (as of the date of this notice, a wholly-owned direct subsidiary of Patricia Industries II AB, 103 32 Stockholm, Sweden, registered number 556619-6811 ( Patricia Industries II ). Patricia Industries II is a wholly-owned direct subsidiary of Investor. On 21 January 2013, Zambon and Duba entered into a shareholders agreement relating to their respective stakes in Newron.
