MassMutual Holding LLC is a holding company for certain MassMutual subsidiaries, including MM Asset Management Holding LLC. MM Asset Management Holding LLC is a holding company for certain MassMutual subsidiaries, including Oppenheimer Acquisition Corp. and MassMutual Baring Holding LLC.
