Obligation to notify has been triggere due to a sale of shares by B. Curti Holding AG (owned and controlled by Beat Curti) through an accelerated book building. With respect to such number of shares sold, the IPO Global Coordinators have waived Mr. Curti's lock-up obligation. For the avoidance of doubt, the IPO lock-up obligations continue to apply for all of the above-mentioned persons until 25 October 2020.
