Exercise of greenshoe option by Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG, Hamburg, acting on behalf of the managers (i.e. Joh. Berenberg Gossler & Co. KG, Hamburg, Germany; Zürcher Kantonalbank, Zurich, Switzerland; and Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt, Germany) granted by Montana Tech Components AG as the selling shareholder under the underwriting agreement following the IPO. The greenshoe option is exempt from the lock-up agreement of Montana Tech Components AG with the same parties (see disclosure notification regarding the lock-up agreement). Dr. Michael Tojner is the ultimate beneficial owner of Montana Tech Components AG.
