Remarks: In connection with the sale by the notifying beneficial owners (Sellers) of S.R.I.F. NV (the Asco Group) to a subsidiary of the issuer Montana Aerospace AG (the Issuer) under that certain share purchase agreement (SPA), as amended, the Sellers of the Asco Group accepted to be paid partly in the form of registered shares of the Issuer, to be issued in connection with a capital increase of the Issuer from authorized capital.
