The Federated Hermes Kaufmann Small Cap Fund now holds: 125,364 ADRs and 1,109,359 common shares, equivalent to 3.84% of the voting rights in Molecular Partners AG. We herewith confirm that we meet and will continue to meet the independence requirements as stipulated in art. 18 para. 3 and 5 FMIO-FINMA.
