D. E. Shaw Valence International, Inc. has entered into a lock-up agreement with Idorsia Ltd ("Idorsia"), Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd and certain holders of Idorsia convertible bonds 2025 (ISIN CH0426820350) (the "CB2025") and/or Idorsia convertible bonds 2028 (ISIN CH1128004079) (the "CB2028") dated 25 February 2025 (the "Lock-Up Agreement") and is thus a member of the lock-up group initially disclosed on 3 March 2025. This disclosure notification only concerns positions held by D. E. Shaw Valence International, Inc. (alongside other purchase positions held by D. E. Shaw Valence International, Inc., D. E. Shaw Valence Investments (Cayman) Limited, and D. E. Shaw Oculus International, Inc.) that are not locked under the Lock-Up Agreement and, hence, are not covered by the lock-up group disclosure.
