Regarding Part 1: Person 1, Person 2 and Person 3 are the trustees (the "Trustees") of the trust MAH Family Settlement 2021, a discretionary England law trust the potential beneficiaries of which are Person 1's four children, 13 grandchildren and certain charities. The Trustees have sole and absolute discretion to deal with the aforementioned trust's assets. Regarding Part 3: Transfer of equity securities is expected in Q4 2024.
