Termination of Securities Lending Agreement as per 13 May 2024, between BTGP-BSI Ltd. (the "Lender") and BTG MB Investments LP (the "Borrower"). The notification was amended in part 2 by adding Banco BTG Pactual SA (an indirect shareholder) that was included in the disclosure notice received from the group of investors.
