Regarding Part 1: Person 1, Person 2 and Person3 are the trustees (the "Trustees") of the trust MAH Family Settlement 2021, a discretionary England law trust the potential beneficiaries of which are Person 1's four children, 13 grandchildren and certain charities. The Trustees have sole and absolute discretion to deal with the aforementioned trust's assets. Regarding Part 3: This notification replaces the previous notification of the group dated 3 August 2024 (change to the date of transfer of equity securities). The transfer of equity securities is expected between 15 November and 31 December 2024.
