Regarding Part 1: Person 1, Person 2 and Person 3 are the trustees (the "Trustees") of the trust MAH Family Settlement 2021, a discretionary England law trust the potential beneficiaries of which are Person 1 's four children, 13 grandchildren and certain charities. The Trustees have sole and absolute discretion to deal with the aforementioned trust's assets. Regarding Part 3: This notification replaces the previous notification of the group dated 1 November 2024 (change to the date of transfer of equity securities). The transfer of equity securities is expected latest by 31 March 2025.
