New shares have been issued in a capital increase resolved by the Board of Directors of the Company on or around December 5, 2025. The capital increase leads to a new total number of 37,059,946 issued registered shares of the Company with a nominal value of NIS 0.01 each. Due to non-exercise of subscription rights, holding of the SHL shares by Shen Kun and Cai Mengke will fall below 33 1/3.
